IVOJ joined forces with Shamir Latvia and Rabbi Bar Kahan, the Grand Rabbi of Latvia, to produce the first annual Jewish Music Festival. A Holocaust Memorial Concert featuring "Voices of the Holocaust" was the final concert in the week-long celebration. The music festival is now in its third year.
